How to Order

Basically, there are two ways to order and pay at Marmadukes Antiques. We will explain them both, step by step. Also, we have created a "Beginner's Guide" style "DEMO" for novices to online purchasing...

Order and Payment Method 1 - "PAY and DELIVER"

This is by far the simpler method, involving not much more than one click of your mouse:

1 •  When you see an item you want, click the 'Buy Now' button

2 •  Select your preferred method of payment and complete your private details (we do not see these)

3 •  When you are happy that all details are correct, simply click 'Pay Now' - That's it, job done!

4 •  The money is released to Marmadukes when you receive your Goods

NB. We advise purchasers from outside of the UK to include Standard Liability Insurance

Order and Payment Method 2 - "DELIVER and PAY"

This is an alternative to buying online, but gives you less flexibility as far as payment is concerned:

1 •  When you see an item you want, E mail or telephone us with your request

2 •  Next, we will arrange a convenient delivery date and inform you of the total cost

3 •  Payment will be made on the day the Goods are delivered. This can either be Cash, Cheque or Postal Order

4 •  A receipt for the payment will be given as the Goods are handed over
