What Marmadukes Antiques Do


Marmadukes Antiques is an established family run business based in the heart of England. We are suppliers to the antiques trade, interior designers and, more recently, to the general public. Our prime business is supplying unusual and decorative antiques, all of which are of the highest quality. We have a particular penchant for French period and ornate antiques; therefore that is what we mainly deal in. However, we do have a fine selection of English period antiques.


Logistically, we are increasingly leaning toward online trading with the general public, although antique dealers are still welcome to make appointments in the usual way. Regular dealers will already be aware that the majority of our stock is stored safely in exceptional surroundings deep in the Powys countryside.


Marmadukes has a discerning array of antiques and textiles and regularly hold French Louis, Henri, Napoleonic and French Empire through to English William and Mary, Georgian, Victorian and Art Nouveau. And of course, those unusual items that can be best described as Ephemera.
